Delete your Panchapadi account

ଆପଣଙ୍କ ପଞ୍ଚପଦୀ ଆକାଉଣ୍ଟ ଏବଂ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଗତ ତଥ୍ୟ ବିଲୋପ କରନ୍ତୁ।

This page applies to the Panchapadi Teacher Android app and this website (one shared account). You can delete your account at any time.

Option 1 · Delete instantly
Your account and personal data are removed immediately.

In the app: open Settings → scroll to the bottom → Delete account → type DELETE to confirm.

On this website: sign in with the same email or Google account you use in the app, and you will come back here to delete it.

Data that is deleted
Profile: Your name and registered email address.
Sign-in details: Password hash, Google sign-in link and every active session.
Notification data: Push-notification tokens and device registrations.
App activity: App-open history (dates, app version, platform).

Lesson plans you created in the app are stored only on your phone and are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Timeline: deleting in the app or while signed in here is immediate. Requests sent by form, email or WhatsApp are completed within 30 days.

Option 2 · Send a deletion request
Can't sign in any more, or already uninstalled the app? Tell us the email you registered with and we'll delete the account for you.
Irreversible Action Warning

Once processed, your account, sign-in details, notification registrations and app activity history are permanently deleted. Any remaining subscription days are forfeited.

We will send confirmation and verification updates to this email.

Data we keep, and why
Payment records (only if you ever bought a plan on the website): transaction IDs, amounts and invoices, kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. They are no longer linked to your name or email.
Support messages you sent us (including a deletion request) are kept as a record that your request was handled.
We never store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank passwords.
